Outcomes are dependent on individual performance, external decision-makers, and market conditions beyond our control.

Certain services or events may require payment. All applicable fees will be disclosed at the time of registration or agreement. Payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified. PATHS reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

All NIL and sponsorship-related activities remain subject to applicable laws, institutional policies, and governing body regulations. Athletes are responsible for maintaining their own eligibility.

By participating in PATHS programs or submitting content, you grant PATHS the right to record, photograph, and use your likeness for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes across digital and media platforms, unless a written opt-out is submitted in advance.
