PATHS Management Group developed its Affiliate Marketing & Brand Partnerships Program to provide athletes with structured access to digital marketing opportunities and performance-based revenue streams. Built through platforms such as Pepperjam and other affiliate networks, this initiative was designed to help athletes move beyond one-time promotions and begin building consistent, brand-aligned partnerships.
The program focuses on equipping athletes with the tools, strategy, and support needed to participate effectively in affiliate marketing. This includes identifying aligned brands, structuring campaigns, and tracking performance across digital platforms. By integrating affiliate marketing into the broader PATHS management model, athletes are able to connect their content, audience, and personal brand to measurable business outcomes.
This initiative was created to address a growing challenge in the sports landscape—many athletes have influence and audience reach but lack the infrastructure to monetize it effectively.
