Event Summary

            The Liberty Christmas Invitational is a highly anticipated track and field event, bringing together athletes from various schools and clubs to compete in a variety of indoor events. This invitational serves as an early-season test for many athletes, providing them with an opportunity to showcase their progress, fine-tune their race strategies, and set the tone for the rest of the competition season.

            For our athletes, the Liberty Christmas Invitational will be a key meet to assess their early-season conditioning, technique, and race execution. Emphasis will be placed on preparing for the 55m dash, long jump, and any other relevant events based on each athlete’s schedule and training focus. This competition is particularly important for assessing speed, explosiveness, and jump technique in both the 55m dash and long jump, with the goal of making solid improvements from the previous season.
